LBC’s 2024Fall Fling
Join us for a combination of road and trail rides in the
Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, & Milton Delaware area.

November 1st - 3rd 2024

Join members and our friends from the Rails to Trails Meetup group for a wonderful weekend of cycling. The area is mostly flat which makes it ideal for newer riders or riders that prefer a more casual flat ride.

LBC has a block of rooms reserved at the Sleep Inn and Suites Hotel. They are providing a discount for LBC as well as a courtesy area in the breakfast room where we can meet. The cost for a room with two double beds is $90 plus tax and includes breakfast. The rooms will be held until 10/12/24. Any reservations after that date will be at a higher rate.

The hotel is located at 18451 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE. When you call for reservations (302-645-6464) be sure to mention that you are with LBC to get the discount. Sleep Inn & Suites

Rehoboth Beach Rotary Club has an annual fund raising ride on Saturday morning (11/2). Although not a requirement to participate, we ask that you participate with many members who will be joining this ride. It is an organized ride with distances of 62, 30, and 15 miles. The cost is $45 and an after-party celebration will be held at Irish Eyes Pub in Milton, DE.

62 mile - start time 8:00
30 mile - start time 8:45
15 mile - start time 9:15

Friday - evening trail ride for the early folks

Saturday - afternoon (2PM) 22 mile trail ride

Sunday - morning rides before check out at Noon.
25 miles along the coastal highway to the Indian Inlet Bridge and back,
or a second ride of 50 miles plus to Ocean City Maryland and back.
